Harvested early for a light style of wine, lightly pressed to stainless steel tank and fermented cold to retain fresh aromatics.
Melon-wrapped prosciutto. Hummus and fresh cut veggies or pita bread. Summer salads like Panzanella or Niçoise. Tuna salad or egg salad sandwich (in case you’re rosé-ing all day in and need lunch).
Aged in neutral barrels until bottling in the spring.
