In a small bowl combine the sour cream, cream cheese and horseradish until well blended. Fold in the whipped cream. Serve with prime rib or corned beef.

- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 3 ozs Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Prepared Horseradish
