“This fascinating blend of 55% Picpoul, 23% Chenin Blanc, and 11% each of Clairette Blanche and Grenache Blanc is lush on the palate and focused in the aromatics. In fact, it’s so starkly mineral and lime-zest focused on the bouquet that you’re caught by surprise when a host of tropical fruit notes floods the palate, but that lime-bright, saline-scented acidity takes hold and cruises through on the finish.
